A short description of the final documentation that the MidSEFF Team will produce is listed below.

Rational Energy Utilisation Plan (REUP): it identifies the main risks, likelihood and impact relevant to the project implementation, allows both the Sub-borrower and Participating Bank to get acquainted with EU project finance best practices as well as to build capacity for forthcoming projects and acquire a third party opinion on the project viability;

Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP): this document is aimed at filling the gaps identified between the environmental and social characteristics of the project and those elaborated in the EBRD's Environmental and Social Policy. The Environmental and Social Actions identified in the ESAP shall be implemented by the Sub-borrower in order to get access to MidSEFF funds. Therefore this document will have to be a positive covenant in the loan agreement with the Sub-borrower;

Stakeholder Engagement plan (SEP): This document is aimed at identifying the actions to be reasonably implemented by the project sponsor to provide an adequate level of public disclosure and suitable measures for the local stakeholder grievance collection and response. Therefore this document will have to be positive covenant in the loan agreement with the Sub-borrower;

Non Technical Summary (NTS): this summary can be used for public disclosure of the main information on the project.
